For AAA Life Insurance Company’s annual incentive trip, we handled full destination and event planning for their top-producing agents, building a multi-day Montreal experience from arrival to final toast. Guests checked into the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, the hotel where John Lennon and Yoko Ono held their famous Bed-In for Peace, and were treated to a VIP tour and photo op inside the suite where it happened. The trip continued with an evening celebration on a private patio overlooking the river at the Montreal Observation Wheel, timed perfectly with the city’s international fireworks competition lighting up the sky. Days were filled with excursions: whitewater rafting, guided bike tours, and culinary walking tours through the city. The weekend closed with an awards gala at Cirque Éloize, where bartenders walked the walls and aerialists performed overhead in honor of the year’s top achievers.
