Held at The Surf Hotel in Buena Vista, the day opened with a stone-arched ceremony framed by jewel-toned florals in deep blues, reds, and purples, their bulldog Lucy walking the aisle in a rainbow bow tie who stole the show. After the vows, a brass band led guests on a second line to the reception, bubble machines turning the short walk into its own celebration.

The reception leaned fully into the mood. Disco balls hung from floral chandeliers, a quick change act and an adagio duo performed between courses, and dancers in full mirrorball costumes worked the floor as a high-energy DJ hybrid band kept the night moving. Custom touches were everywhere, from a monogrammed charcuterie cone to light-up cocktail cups featuring Lucy’s face. The flow of the day weaved seamlessly from moving to magical just as the grooms intended.
