NOYO’s annual company retreat is designed to bring an entire workforce of remote employees together in one place, at one time, to collaborate, connect, and recharge. Each year, NOYO entrusts Blank Space Events with sourcing destinations that are both convenient and inspiring, then designing a corporate retreat itinerary that balances meaningful work with intentional play to strengthen teamwork across the company.
This year’s retreat was hosted at the Canopy by Hilton in downtown Scottsdale, kicking off with a rooftop welcome party overlooking Camelback Mountain. Days were spent taking over an elaborate co-working space in the heart of Old Town, built for real collaboration, while nights brought the team together for a celebration dinner at Scottsdale’s Museum of the West and a final evening of indoor curling, candlepin bowling, and axe throwing to close out the trip. Between the work and the play, a remote sales force traded screens for real face time and left with the one thing no video call can deliver: a genuine, in-person connection that turns a virtual team into a stronger company.
