TransMedics, a leading medical device company, travels the country hosting thoughtful, intimate dinners that bring surgeons and medical professionals together to build lasting relationships. When they came to Denver, they wanted the most iconic setting the city had to offer. We delivered Denver Union Station. Originally opened in 1881 and reborn as the Beaux-Arts landmark it is today, the historic Great Hall became the backdrop for a fully transformed corporate dinner. We took a working train station and reimagined it into a luxury dining experience: a striking black-and-white palette, white floral installations against the hall’s century-old arched windows and glittering chandeliers, dramatic red-lit entrance moments, and live entertainment that carried the energy from cocktail hour through the final course. The result was an unforgettable evening that honored both the prestige of the brand and the living history of one of Denver’s most recognizable spaces. Special Touch: Servers wore train conductor hats + suspenders to compliment the venue.
